If the call originator is not SIP, Communication Manager does not apply SIP Early Direct Media to the call.
Set the Direct IP-IP Audio Connections and Initial IP-IP Direct Media fields in the SIP signalling group screen of the originating SIP User Agent to y.
Ensure that the call-originating party does not have a call on hold.
