Using 9600 Series Phones on Avaya IP Office
Setting the Number of Quick Touch Lines
Your system administrator can select how many lines the phone shows by default. However, you can then select the number that you prefer or to have no lines.
- Press the Features soft key if shown.

To do this during a call, press the
PHONE key and then press Features.

- Use the cursor keys to select Phone User.
- Use the cursor keys to select Phone Screen Settings.
- Select Quick Touch Lines.
- The current settings is shown:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Off – No quick touch rows.

1 – Display 1 row of quick touch buttons.

2 – Display 2 rows of quick touch buttons.

Auto – Display 1 row on a 9621 phone, 2 on a 9641 phone.

- To change the current setting, press Change.
- Press Save.
