Using 9600 Series Phones on Avaya IP Office
Using Handsfree
- Use the following options to work handsfree:

To answer a call handsfree: Press the
SPEAKER button. The button remains lit whilst you have a call connected handsfree.

To end a handsfree call: Press the SPEAKER button again.

To switch from handsfree to the handset: Simply lift the handset.

To switch to handsfree from the handset: Press the SPEAKER button. The button remains lit whilst you have a call connected handsfree. Replace the handset.

To switch from handsfree to the headset: Press the
HEADSET button. See Headset Operation.

To mute the call while handsfree: Press the
MUTE button.
