Busy Hour Call Complete (BHCC) is a measure used to test the systems under a high call load. For BHCC tests, each incoming call rings for 5 seconds, is answered and stays connected for 6 seconds. The BHCC figures for the different IP Office control units are listed below. The BHCC figure achievable is limited by the number of incoming trunks supported.
