Meet-Me conferencing enables multiple callers to talk in an audio conference. Callers can be on-site personnel as well as external parties whether field-based engineers, sales staff on the road, customers or suppliers. Conference calls can be planned in advance or established ad-hoc as and when required.
Meet-Me conferencing has moderator and participant controls.
As a moderator, you have the following controls as soon as you enter the Meet Me conference.
View list of participants.
Mute or unmute all participants.
Mute or unmute a single participant.
Add or drop a single participant.
End meeting for everyone
Enable/disable Lecture mode
Enable/disable Entry Tones
Enable/disable Continuation
Enable/disable Lock Meeting
