Adding a person on hold to a conference call

About this task

You can add a held call to a conference call.

Procedure

  1. On the Phone screen, select your active call.
  2. Press Conference or Add button if you are already in a conference.
  3. To see a list of held calls, press the Held Call soft key.
  4. Select the call on hold that you want to add to the conference.
  5. Press one of the following:

    • Join

    • OK

    The held call is added to the conference call.
