Stopping multiple campaigns

About this task

Use this procedure to stop multiple campaigns.

Procedure

  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, select the check boxes corresponding to the campaigns that you want to stop, and click Stop Stop icon.
    The following message is displayed: 
    Stop Campaign request.
Campaigns with pending Callbacks will be moved to Callback state. Link Campaigns will start
Click Yes to start link campaigns.
Click No to skip link campaigns.
Click Cancel to Abort the operation.
  3. Do one of the following:

    • Click Yes to stop the selected campaigns and start the linked campaigns.

    • Click No to stop the selected campaigns without starting the linked campaigns.
