Resuming a campaign

About this task

The Resume option is available only for paused campaigns.

Procedure

  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the paused campaign that you want to resume, and then click Resume.
  3. Click Yes on the confirmation message to resume the campaign.
