Using Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager Supervisor Dashboard
Resuming a campaign
About this task
The Resume option is available only for paused campaigns.
Procedure
- On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
- On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions
corresponding to the paused campaign that you want to resume, and then click Resume. - Click Yes on the confirmation message to resume the campaign.
