Interoperability with third-party products
Due to its open implementation and rich feature set, Avaya SBC can be deployed and implemented with non-Avaya based solutions such as Cisco Call Manager or Microsoft Lync call servers and Internet Telephony Service Providers. Contact Avaya sales personnel to receive information about the interoperability that is tested, confirmed by Avaya or a third party, and certified in some scenarios.
Avaya recommends that all third-party integrations and vendors go through Avaya DevConnect Compliance Testing to ensure a higher level of comfort in the interoperability between DevConnect member products and Avaya solutions, we recognize that is not always the case. If a third-party product or product integration is not tested under DevConnect, and a customer support ticket is raised to Avaya services via an authorized Avaya support channel, Avaya will troubleshoot the issue to the Avaya demarcation point with the third-party vendor to the best of its ability. If no issue is found on the Avaya side, Avaya will close the ticket and report to the customer that the issue needs to be worked with the third-party vendor.
