If the IP Office is using automatic Azure Active Directory synchronization to create and update MS Teams+IP Office users, you must prevent the manual editing of the user MS Team URI settings.
Procedure
Using IP Office Manager or IP Office Web Manager, load the IP Office system configuration.
Select System or System Settings > System.
Select the Telephony settings and then select the MS Teams tab.
To prevent manual editing of MS Teams URI settings, select Auto Populate MS Teams Data.
Click Update or OK.
If using IP Office Manager, save the configuration changes back to the IP Office system.
