Configuring announcements

Keywords:
  1. Using IP Office Manager, receive the configuration from the system.
  2. In the left navigation pane, do one of the following:
    • To configure an announcement for a user, click User.
    • To configure an announcement for a hunt group, click Group.
  3. Click the Announcements tab.
  4. Set the fields to the appropriate values. See Group Announcement settings for more information.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Save the configuration back to the system (FileSave Configuration).
