Additional Embedded Voicemail features added in new IP Office releases may require new prompts. The system can be checked to see if it is reporting that any expected prompts are missing.
From the Start menu, select IP OfficeMonitor.
Select FileSelect Unit.
Enter details for connection to the system.
Select FiltersTrace OptionsSystemError.
Click OK.
