You can use the conference button to add participants to an active call and set up a conference call. The conference button on the phone provides you quick access to use the conference feature.
Before you begin
Start a call.
During an active call, navigate to the required extension by using the navigation cluster and, press Conference button.
STEP RESULT:
The phone puts the existing call on hold and initiates conference to the third participant.
When the third participant answers the call, press the Join soft key or press Conference button.
To add another person, press Add and repeat Steps 2 and 3.
