Making a conference call with a monitored user

Use this procedure to add a monitored user to an active call to set up a conference call.
  1. During an ongoing call, press Conference button or press MoreConf.
    STEP RESULT:
    The phone puts the existing call on hold, and displays the Select a participant notification.
  2. Press the Phone key.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Scroll to the required Busy Indicator line and press Call.
    • Press the required Busy Indicator line key.
  4. When the monitored user answers the call, press the Join soft key or press Conference button.
