Some customers and service providers do not want reinvite messages to be passed on to the SIP trunk. Avaya SBC blocks reinvite messages coming without change in Session Description Protocol, known as Session Refresh Invites. The same rule applies for Hold or Resume invites without change in SDP, except port, IP, and SDP attributes. The SDP attributes include send recv, send only, and recv only.
