Use the following procedure to download the Bulk_Import_Spreadsheet_Template.xlsx file.
  1. On the System Manager web console, click ServicesSolution Deployment Manager.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Upgrade Management.
  3. On the Upgrade Management page, click DownloadBulk Import Spreadsheet.
    STEP RESULT:
    The system downloads the Bulk_Import_Spreadsheet_Template.xlsx file on your local computer.
