Screenpops

Using screenpops on Avaya Workspaces, agents can access external web content to complete their tasks. For example, access external websites with information such as current currency exchange rates.

Agents can use the Screenpop icon to view the Screenpop widget. The Screenpop widget displays external web content that helps an agent to complete the customer interaction. You can block the web content display if the external web content is from a non-secure source.

Screenpops are supported for voice interactions only.
