Setting cluster services attributes manually

About this task

Use this procedure to configure the attributes of each SVAR installed on Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite clusters.

Procedure

  1. In System Manager, click Elements > Avaya Breeze® > Configuration > Attributes.
  2. To configure CallServerConnector, on the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. In the Cluster field, select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster.
    2. In the Service field, select CallServerConnector.
    3. For Solution type, select the Override Default check box and select Elite from the drop-down list.
    4. For Deployment type, select the Override Default check box and select ELITE_SMALL or ELITE_LARGE from the drop-down list, depending on your solution capacity.
    5. For Deploy CSC, select the Override Default check box and select true from the drop-down list.
    6. For Voice Provider Id, select the Override Default check box and type the name of the Voice provider that you plan to configure in Avaya Control Manager. Ensure that the value entered is of type CM, for example type CM3436. This setting is case-sensitive.
    7. For Application Enablement Services’ IP addresses, select the Override Default check box and type the IP address of the Application Enablement Services server that you plan to connect to Communication Manager using a TSAPI link. If you use two instances of Application Enablement Services for HA, click the plus sign (+) and add the second instance.
    8. For Application Enablement Services User, select the Override Default check box and type the Application Enablement Services user name. If you use two instances of Application Enablement Services for HA, you must configure the same user name for both instances.
    9. For Application Enablement Services User Password, select the Override Default check box and type the Application Enablement Services user name password. If you use two instances of Application Enablement Services for HA, you must configure the same password for both instances.
    10. For Communication Manager Connection Name on Application Enablement Services, select the Override Default check box and type the name of the Communication Manager switch connection that you plan to configure on Application Enablement Services. For example type CM3436. This setting is case-sensitive. If you use two instances of Application Enablement Services for HA, you must configure the same name for both instances.
    11. Click Commit.
  3. To configure UCMService, on the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. In the Cluster field, select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster.
    2. In the Service field, select UCMService.
    3. For Deployment type, select the Override Default check box and select ELITE_SMALL or ELITE_LARGE from the drop-down list, depending on your solution capacity.
    4. For Enable Secure Communications, select the Override Default check box and select true or false from the drop-down list to enable or disable secure communications.
    5. Click Commit.
  4. To configure UCAStoreService, on the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. In the Cluster field, select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster.
    2. In the Service field, select UCAStoreService.
    3. For Deployment type, select the Override Default check box and select ELITE_SMALL or ELITE_LARGE from the drop-down list, depending on your solution capacity.
    4. For Persistence configuration, select the Override Default check box and select ELITE_DATABASE from the drop-down list.
    5. Under Advanced, for Enable Tokenless Access, select the Override Default check box and select TRUE.
    6. Click Commit.
    7. On the warning dialog box, click OK.
  5. To configure UnifiedAgentController, on the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. In the Cluster field, select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster.
    2. In the Service field, select UnifiedAgentController.
    3. For Deployment type, select the Override Default check box and select ELITE_SMALL or ELITE_LARGE from the drop-down list, depending on your solution capacity.
    4. For Enable Secure Communications, select the Override Default check box and select true or false from the drop-down list to enable or disable secure communications.
    5. For UCA Cluster, select the Override Default check box and select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster from the drop-down list.
    6. For UCM Cluster, select the Override Default check box and select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster from the drop-down list.
    7. Click Commit.
    8. On the warning dialog box, click OK.
  6. To configure AuthorizationService, on the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. In the Cluster field, select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster.
    2. In the Service field, select AuthorizationService.
    3. For UCA Cluster, select the Override Default check box and select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster from the drop-down list.
    4. Click Commit.
  7. To configure OceanaMonitorService, on the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. In the Cluster field, select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster.
    2. In the Service field, select OceanaMonitorService.
    3. For Common Cluster field, select the Override Default check box and select the appropriate common cluster for applicable environment.
    4. For Cluster 1, select the Override Default check box and depending on the size of your solution, select Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite Cluster 1 or Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite Cluster 2 from the drop-down list.
    5. For Secure Connection, select the Override Default check box and select true or false from the drop-down list to enable or disable secure communications.
    6. Click Commit.
  8. To configure MetricbeatService, on the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. In the Cluster field, select the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite cluster.
    2. In the Service field, select MetricbeatService.
    3. For Enable module - system, if the effective value is set to false, select the Override Default check box and in the Effective Value field select true.
    4. Click Commit.
