This section specifies the interoperability requirements to deploy Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite.
You must install and commission the following Avaya Aura® Unified Communications components to support voice routing for the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite solution. This document assumes that these components are already installed and configured:

Supported release |
Avaya Aura® System Manager |
The Compatibility Matrix provides compatibility information for the Avaya products that are supported with the various releases of Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite. Access the Compatibility Matrix page at https://secureservices.avaya.com/compatibility-matrix/menus/product.xhtml.
Important:
The compatible version of the snap-ins are provided in the release zip file.
|
Avaya Aura® Communication Manager |
Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite |
Avaya Aura® Session Manager |
Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services |
Note:
Elite pending states are supported only with Avaya Aura® Unified Communications 7.1.2 or later, and you must set the AES ASAI Link Version to 8 or later.
Important:
The solution in production requires a dedicated AES application for
Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite. If you must use a shared AES for footprint or cost optimization, ensure the following:
Apart from any CTI applications, there must be adequate free resources on the shared AES to support Avaya Workspaces.
Call recording applications must not be used along with Avaya Workspaces. This negatively affects the performance of the recording application or Avaya Workspaces or both.
You must validate the performance of Avaya Workspaces in a laboratory or staging environment, running both Avaya Workspaces and other CTI applications connected to the shared AES instance with load representative of production usage. If the performance is unsatisfactory for either Avaya Workspaces or other CTI applications, you must move Avaya Workspaces to a dedicated AES instance.
You must also install and commission the following version of Avaya Control Manager to support administration for the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite solution. This document assumes that Avaya Control Manager is already installed and configured:
