To receive support from Avaya Services, Avaya Customers and Avaya Channel Partners must have their end user product information in the HealthCheck tool.

End user product install base is a prerequisite for services support of S8300E. Registration establishes accurate inventory, test SAL connectivity, alarm configuration (if necessary), and ensures proper onboarding of customers into all levels of Avaya support.
