Configure camera network settings to enable connectivity with external devices and set up remote control. You can also view the camera IP and MAC address at the bottom of the menu.
From the Communication Setup OSD menu, you can only enable or disable the DHCP assignment of the camera IP address. You can specify the IP address from the Network tab in the web interface.
On the main menu, select Communication Setup.
On the Communication Setup menu, for the Visca Addr setting, select the VISCA address value.
For the Visca AddrFix setting, select one of the following options:
On: To set the selected VISCA address as a fixed one.
Off: Not to use a fixed VISCA address.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
When this setting is on, the 88 30 01 FF VISCA command is unavailable.
For the Visca Mode setting, select one of the following options:
Paral: To use the parallel network configuration mode for transmitting VISCA commands.
Serial: To use the serial network configuration mode for transmitting VISCA commands.
For the PELCO-D Addr setting, select the PELCO-D address value.
For the PELCO-P Addr setting, select the PELCO-P address value.
For the Baud Rate setting, select the baud rate value.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The baud rate value must correspond to the selected address. For example, if you set the VISCA address as 1, you must set baud rate to 9600.
For the USB Mode setting, select one of the following options:
isoc: To use the isochronous USB transfer type. For example, you can use the isochronous transfer type for streaming video in real time.
bulk: To use the bulk USB transfer type. This transfer type prevents data loss but might increase the bandwidth.
For the USB 3.0 Function setting, select one of the following options:
UVC: To enable the USB 3.0 Video Device Class (UVC) function, for example, for video streaming.
HOST: To enable the USB 3.0 Host function for receiving data.
