Opening a hypervisor console

Perform the following steps in a virtual machine (VM) hypervisor console.

Procedure

  1. To open a VMware VM console:
    1. Log on to the vSphere web client.
    2. Locate the CMS VM.
    3. Open the remote console or web console.
  2. To open a KVM VM console:
    1. Log on to the KVM web client.
    2. Click virtual machines.
    3. Select the CMS VM.
    4. Click Console Expand.
