Deleting a query

Complete the following steps from Report Designer Design Mode.
Important:
If you delete a query that is used in the report, the report will not run.
  1. Select Query from the Edit menu.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Query Select window is displayed.
  2. In the Queries box, highlight the name of the query you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete.
    STEP RESULT:
    A message confirming the delete is displayed.
  4. Select OK to delete the query.
