Report Wizard is a supplement to Report Designer and is available only if you have purchased Report Designer. The Report Wizard feature delivers user assistance, by way of a wizard, to generate new customized reports. The wizard provides instructional help that guides you through a series of tasks that create a new customized report.
Note:
A tenant user using Report Wizard can only access agents and tenant specific agent groups pertaining to tenants for which the user has permissions. When the name or number, agent ID, or agent group name is used as input, designer reports are restricted to only those agents that are assigned to the tenant if the tenant user has read permission.
