Ensure that your browser is configured to trust the CA. If your organization does not automatically configure this setting, you can manually configure the settings for your browser.
If using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge:
Open the browser.
Navigate to SettingsPrivacy and securitySecurityManage device certificates.
On the Certificates window, click the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab.
In the list of certificates, select the CA root certificate and click Import.
For Mozilla Firefox:
Import the CA to the Firefox certificate store. If you use Windows, you can open the command line cmd.exe using the Run as Administrator option.
