You will receive an email notification with the link to the collection of topics that others shared.
Note:
The link remains active for 7 days. If you access the link after the validity period, the web page might open, but the collection is not saved in the Shared tab of the My Topics page.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have an account and appropriate permissions to use the features on Avaya Documentation Center.
In the email notification that you receive, click Accept and View.
STEP RESULT:
My Topics saves the collection with shared topics in the Shared tab.
To view the content, click the Shared tab and select the collection.
To generate a PDF of the shared topics and save it to your computer:
Click the Shared tab.
Select the required topics or the entire collection.
At the right of the collection, click the vertical ellipses icon and click Save PDF.
