Agent toolbar icons for inbound interactions

Enter phone number

To enter a phone number for making a voice call.

Agent name

The name of the logged in agent. The drop-down button next to the Agent name displays the following options:

  • Finish Work: To complete the work for the day.

  • Exit: To log out and exit Avaya Workspaces for Elite.

Call

To call the number that you provide.

Dial Again

To dial the last dialed number.

Interaction logs

To view interaction logs. Interaction logs display the last 10 interactions. Avaya Workspaces for Elite clears these logs after you log out.

Notifications

To view notifications. Avaya Workspaces for Elite displays the last 15 notifications for 24 hours.

Address book

To view the address book.
