Accepting an agent acquire call

About this task

An agent acquire call connects the Outbound Server and the agent. When an agent logs in to Avaya Workspaces for Elite and changes the state to Outbound Ready, the agent receives an acquire call.

Procedure

When you receive an acquire call alert, click the accept icon to accept the interaction.

The acquired agent is available to assign to an outbound campaign. After an agent is assigned to an outbound campaign, the agent is ready to connect with the customer call.
