If blending feature is configured for an agent on the Outbound Server, the blending system decides to move an agent from inbound to outbound and vice versa based on the parameters. If the agent is not in the required agent state, based on the configuration, Avaya Workspaces for Elite displays a blending card to move the agent to the required state. For example, if an agent is Not Ready in Inbound, the agent receives Switch to Inbound card. Similarly if an agent is NOT Ready in Outbound, the agent receives Switch to Outbound card.
