You can view Telemetry reports only for cloud solutions that deploy MS Teams where the tenant is configured.
Before you begin
Ensure that you complete the following:
Create a tenant configuration profile. For more information, see Administering Avaya Session Border Controller.
Configure the Tenant configuration profile field on the server flow created for MS Teams. For more information, see Administering Avaya Session Border Controller.
Enable the Summarize Calls check box on the Application rule created for the Server flow Endpoint Policy group where you have configured the tenant in Step 2. For more information, see Administering Avaya Session Border Controller.
Procedure
Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
On the menu bar, select Status > Telemetry Reports.
You can view the Telemetry Reports page.
Click one of the following:
Usage: To view the usage reports.
Performance: To view the performance reports.
In Search Criteria, enter the start date and time and the end date and time.
The reports are generated based on the UTC zone.
Optional Do one of the following:
Select the Collapse check box to generate a report that contains a single row containing the data for all days selected in the search criteria. Each parameter in the report contains the sum of the values for each day.
Clear the Collapse check box to generate a report that contains a single row for each day selected in the search criteria.
For example, in the Search Criteria, you select Start Date as 04/15/2024, Start Time as 00:00, End Date as 04/19/2024, and End Time as 00:00. If you clear the Collapse check box, the report will contain one row for each day, that is, overall five rows. If you select the Collapse check box, the report will contain a single row for all five days.
Click Search.
Optional Click Export CSV (Filtered) to export the data for the specified period in an Excel sheet.
The Excel sheet contains usage and performance data.
Optional Click Export CSV (All) to export all the data in an Excel sheet.
The Excel sheet contains usage and performance data.
