The CDR adjunct uses a special login, CDR_User. This login is restricted to reach only the directory where the CDR records are stored. The passwords are set up in the Elements Session Manager Session Manager Administration section of System Manager for each Session Manager that has CDR enabled. The Session Manager administrator creates a password for the designated login CDR_User. The login and password must be provided to the CDR adjunct administrator so that the adjunct can retrieve the CDR data files. The administrator should verify that this login and password work on each server on which CDR is administered.
