There are three methods for removing CDR data files from the server, listed in order of preference:
o After the CDR adjunct retrieves a data file from the server and verifies that it contains valid data, the adjunct deletes the data file from the server.
The server automatically removes any CDR data file stored on its local hard drive that is older than five days.
The onsite or remote switch administrator or technician with proper permissions can delete unwanted CDR data files.
