CDR record transfer

Last Updated : Dec 11, 2012 |
Prolog information
CDR data is transferred in an encrypted manner from the Session Manager server to the CDR adjunct using a secure file transfer protocol such as SFTP. CDR records are stored and transferred in batches rather than one record at a time.
The CDR adjunct retrieves the CDR data files by logging into the server and copying the files to its own storage device. After all the files are successfully copied, the CDR adjunct deletes the files from the server hard drive and processes the CDR records.
