You can forward a message to the several mailboxes at the same time using a mailing list. Messages marked as private by the sender cannot be forwarded.
Procedure
While listening to the message, press 1.
Press 2 to forward the message with a comment.
Record your comment and press # to finish recording.
Voicemail prompts to enter the target extension. To select a mailing list, press *5:
For one of your own mailing lists, press #. For another user's public list, enter the user’s extension number and press #.
