Pausing a campaign

About this task

The Pause option is available only when the campaign is in a running state.

Procedure

  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the running campaign that you want to pause, and then click Pause.
  3. Click Yes on the confirmation message to pause the campaign.
