The POM Supervisor Dashboard Home page Supervisor Dashboard Home page icon, by default, shows the System Dashboard.

The System Dashboard displays information about the Active Campaigns and Staffed Agents.

You can set any dashboard as the default dashboard for the Home page.

You can choose to show or hide the dashboards from the ribbon bar of the Home page.

The ribbon bar displays the names of system and custom dashboards you choose to show. You can click a dashboard name on the ribbon bar to view the dashboard.

By default, the ribbon bar shows the following system dashboards:

  • Staffed Agents: Displays graphical statistics and information about the staffed agents.

  • Imports: Displays information about the active data import and Do Not Call (DNC) import jobs.

  • License Summary: Displays the license allocation summary for the running campaigns.

  • Inbound Skills: Displays the inbound skills for which blend monitoring is enabled for Call Center Elite and the inbound skills that POM uses for skill-based pacing for Call Center Elite.

The Supervisor Dashboard displays the following options:

Note:

The system dashboards, system views, and user operations that are available to you in the Supervisor Dashboard depend on the role and privileges that are assigned to your user account for the Monitor component in Avaya Experience Portal. An example of a user operation is the Stop option to stop a campaign.

For information about the role and privileges for the Monitor component, see Administering Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager.
