Viewing multiple campaigns

Procedure

  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, select the check boxes corresponding to the campaigns that you want to view.
  3. Click Monitor Campaigns Monitor Campaigns icon.

    The Multiple Campaigns Details page is displayed. The page contains two panes.

    The left pane displays contact-related and node-related information.

    The right pane displays performance, summary, and callback information.
