On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Staffed Agents.
On the Staffed Agents page, click Actions corresponding to the staffed agent you want to view and click View.
The details of the staffed agent are shown on the <Agent name (agent ID)> staffed agent details page.
To view the completion code trend chart of the staffed agent, in the Summary View pane of the <Agent name (agent ID)> staffed agent details page, click Completion Code Trend.
The Completion Code Trend page shows the completion code trend chart for the staffed agent.
