Views provide real-time statistics of a particular data category in different formats. For example, a view presenting the active campaigns data in a tabular and chart format.

Supervisor Dashboard supports system and custom views.

You can create a custom dashboard and add the views to it. You can then use the dashboard to perform real-time monitoring of the data.

System views

You cannot create, edit, and delete system views. However, you can clone system views.

Supervisor Dashboard provides the following system views:

  • Active Campaigns: Contains information about active campaigns in charts and tabular format.

  • Staffed Agents: Contains information about staffed agents in charts and tabular format.

  • Imports: Contains information about the active data import and Do Not Call (DNC) import jobs in a tabular format.

  • License Summary: Contains the license allocation summary information for the running campaigns in a tabular format.

  • Inbound Skills: Contains information about the following:

    • Inbound skills for which blend monitoring is enabled for Call Center Elite.

    • Inbound skills that POM uses for skill-based pacing for Call Center Elite.

However, note that the system views available to you depend on the role and privileges that are assigned to your user account for the Monitor component in Avaya Experience Portal.

Custom views

You can create, clone, edit, and delete custom views.

When creating a custom view:

  • Specify the type of view that you want to create. For example, Table or Billboard.

  • Specify the data category that you want to monitor in the view. For example, Active Campaigns.

The data category available to you for creating a view depends on the role and privileges that are assigned to your user account for the Monitor component in Avaya Experience Portal.

  • Specify the fields, also called measures, data of which you want to monitor in the view.

For example, you can create a table view to monitor the Job ID and Job Status measures of Active Campaigns.

  • If you are creating a billboard, bar chart, or column chart view, specify whether you want to create the view for a single or multiple records from the measure.

For example, whether you want to create the view for a single or multiple active campaigns.

If you add a view of a particular data category to a custom dashboard, and later if the user privilege for that data category is disabled for your user account, the view area in the custom dashboard displays an insufficient privileges message.

You can create a maximum of 50 custom views.

Supervisor Dashboard supports the following custom view types:

  • Table

  • Billboard

  • Bar Chart

  • Column Chart

  • Pie Chart
