You can create a custom dashboard and add the system and custom views to the dashboard. You can then use the dashboard to perform real-time monitoring of the data.

You can set a dashboard as the default dashboard for the Supervisor Dashboard Home page.

You can also choose to show or hide the dashboards from the ribbon bar of Supervisor Dashboard.

Supervisor Dashboard supports system and custom dashboards.

System dashboards

You cannot create, edit, or delete system dashboards.

The Dashboard Manager page provides the following system dashboard:

  • System Dashboard: By default, this dashboard is displayed on the Home page of the Supervisor Dashboard.

This dashboard displays the Active Campaigns and Staffed Agents data provided the role assigned to your user account has the required privileges. Otherwise, this dashboard displays an insufficient privileges message.

You can clone the System Dashboard.

The Supervisor Dashboard also provides the following system dashboards. However, the system dashboards available to you depend on the role and privileges that are assigned to your user account for the Monitor component in Avaya Experience Portal.

  • Active Campaigns: Displays information about the active campaigns in charts and tabular format.

  • Staffed Agents: Displays information about the staffed agents in charts and tabular format.

  • Imports: Displays information about the active data import and Do Not Call (DNC) import jobs in tabular format.

  • License Summary: Displays the license allocation summary for the running campaigns in tabular format.

  • Inbound Skills: Displays the inbound skills for which blend monitoring is enabled for Call Center Elite and the inbound skills that POM uses for skill-based pacing for Call Center Elite.

By default, these system dashboards are shown on the ribbon bar of Supervisor Dashboard.

You can click a dashboard name on the ribbon bar to view the dashboard. You cannot clone these system dashboards.

Custom dashboards

You can create, clone, edit, and delete custom dashboards.

When creating a custom dashboard, you can select a dashboard layout. The number of views you can add to a custom dashboard depends on the dashboard layout. For example, you can select a dashboard layout containing two or six views.

You can create a maximum of 20 custom dashboards.

If you delete a custom view that is used in a dashboard, the dashboard name is highlighted in red and the view area in the dashboard shows an error message to indicate that the custom view is deleted.

If you add a view of a particular data category to a custom dashboard, and later if the user privilege for that data category is disabled for your user account, the view area in the custom dashboard displays an insufficient privileges message. An example of a data category is Active Campaigns.
