Logging in to Avaya Selfcare

About this task

When your administrator creates an Avaya Selfcare account for you, you receive an email with the URL and your login credentials.

Before you begin

You must have an active Selfcare account.

Procedure

  1. Enter the Selfcare URL in your browser.
  2. In the Login field, enter your login name.
  3. In the Password field, enter your password.
  4. Click Sign in.
