Resetting agent password

About this task

You must reset the agent password when you log in to Selfcare for the first time.

Procedure

  1. From Selfcare, go to Password Reset > Agent.
  2. In the New Password field, type a new password.
  3. In the Confirm Password field, retype the new password.
  4. Click Submit.
