Avaya Room Camera RC212 is the first in the series and is an ultra-wide-angle camera with 72.5° field of view (FOV), 12x optical zoom, and 16x digital zoom. Avaya Room Camera RC220 is an ultra-wide-angle camera with 60.7° field of view (FOV), 20x optical zoom, and 16x digital zoom.

Both cameras support 1080p HD resolution with AI-assisted face recognition. They are designed for medium to large room sizes and provide high quality features and connectivity.

Avaya Room Camera RC212 and Avaya Room Camera RC220 come with an ISP audio and image processing algorithm and an HDMI interface to connect to Avaya Room System C100 Series.

The cameras are compatible with all Avaya Room System C100 Series models.
