Use this screen to enable the Special Application features. A Special Application feature is a custom feature requested by the customer for a specific need. Special Application features are included in the Communication Manager software base, however additional administration is required. Note:
  • Communication Manager provides the UCID of the related held call ID to the new call ID when any one of the following conditions are satisfied:
    • Communication Manager receives the third-party Auto Dial request and the special-application SA8348 is selected as ’y’.
    • Communication Manager receives the third-party Auto Dial request and the special-application SA8702 and the field “Copy UCID for Station Conference/Transfer?” are both selected as ‘y’.
  • Communication Manager provides the ASAI-UUI of the related held call ID to the new call ID when:
    • Communication Manager receives the third-party Auto Dial request and the field “Copy ASAI UUI During Conference/Transfer?” is selected as ‘y’.
