IP Office J100 Series Phone User Guide
Setting the Background Image
The phone has a set of images from which you can select one to use as the background image.
Your IP Office system administrator controls whether you can access this menu.
For phones with JEM24 button modules attached, your IP Office system administrator controls whether the button modules uses the same background and/or screensaver images as the phone's main screen.
Procedure
- Press the
button. - Use the cursor keys to select Settings.
- Use the cursor keys to select Display.
- Select the display that you want to adjust:
Primary display - Change the settings of the phone's main display.
Secondary display - On phones with a secondary display on the phone, change the settings of that display.
Module display - On phones with optional button module or modules attached, change the settings of their displays. If your IP Office system administrator does not allow you to do this, this option is not shown and the button modules use the same settings as the primary display.
- Use the cursor keys to select Background.
- The phone displays a list of options, with a highlighted icon next to the currently selected one.
- Use the cursor keys to change which one is highlighted.
To view the highlighted one, press Preview. Press Dismiss to return to the list.
To select the highlighted choice, press Select.
- When completed, press Save or Done.
- Press Back/Exit to exit the menus.
