Disabling the Ringer

This option can be used to turn off the ringer for all calls. If set to no ring, this disables both the phone's audible alerting and visual alerting.

You can also set the ring volume to zero. If so, the phone displays a icon but still provides visual alerting.

Procedure

Press the Features soft key if shown.
- To do this during a call, press the PHONE key and then press Features.
Use cursor keys to select Call Settings.
Use the cursor keys to select Disable Ringer.
To change the setting, press Change. Selecting On turns the ringer off.
