Viewing a missed call

About this task

If you missed answering a call, the phone screen displays the missed call icon. You can view the following details of a missed call on the Recents screen:

  • Missed call icon

  • Caller name, if the caller is added to contacts

  • Missed call reason

  • Extension number

  • Missed call date and time

Note:

If the Voicemail feature is active, the phone redirects the unanswered call to your Voicemail number.

Procedure

  1. On the Phone screen, press one of the following:

    • Main menu > Recents

    • Recents

  2. Scroll to the required missed call.
  3. Press Details.

    You can view the details of the missed call.
