With the Avaya Cloud Office™ application, you can make phone calls, hold video meetings, and communicate with your colleagues in a team chat. You can also invite third-party users to collaborate on a project. The Avaya Cloud Office™ application is available on web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
As an agent or a supervisor, you can log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ provider in Avaya Workspaces and access enabled Avaya Cloud Office™ contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget.
You can perform the following actions with Avaya Cloud Office™ contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget:

View the Presence states of contacts

Search for contacts and groups

Make direct calls and transfer customer calls

Make consultation calls

Add contacts to the Favorites list
If the account administrator enables extension calling, the user's Avaya Cloud Office™ extension is the default number to call and transfer a call.
If the account administrator enables the chat functionality, you can also perform the following actions:
To enable access to Avaya Cloud Office™ contacts in Avaya Workspaces, the account administrator must configure the Avaya Cloud Office™ integration with AXP Public Cloud. The administrator must also provide the credentials to log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ provider. For more information about the Avaya Cloud Office™ integration, contact the account administrator.
