Using corporate contacts in Avaya Workspaces
Making a call to an Avaya Spaces contact
You can make a direct call to an Avaya Spaces contact from the Users or Groups tab of the Corporate Contacts widget.
If the contact has multiple numbers configured, you can select a number to call. For more information about adding numbers for Avaya Spaces contacts, see Using Avaya Spaces.
- On the Users tab, search for the contact or locate it in the Favorites list.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:You can also search for the contact on the Groups tab.
- Next to the contact, do one of the following:

: To call the contact's default number.

: To select the number to call.
STEP RESULT:Avaya Workspaces initiates a call with the Avaya Spaces contact. -
